I identify myself with hummingbirds who keep flitting from one place to another to find root in their next opportunity. They need constant activity to keep them energized and that’s who I am- I am tender-hearted, blunt, an explorer and an extremely curious person.

For me life is a Rorschach test and I view it as a platform of possibility.

 

I am always carrying a book wherever I go. I try to read a book per week (well, sometimes more than that) and have been trying to venture into reading as many new genres as I can. (Guess who read 52 books in 2020?!)

​

I take avid interest in culinary arts and working with new ingredients. I also like to paint and sketch, my kind of art has a psychological and philosophical dent to it. (Many people say, my art is not happy. Well maybe?! But how subjective is art and being happy too?!)

​

Aside from my love for books and my passion for cooking, I listen to a lot of music (mostly alternative rock, psychedelic rock, indie folk and ambient music) and podcasts (everything ranging from interviews to productivity).

​

I am obsessed with coffee, collecting postcards, discovering new tea flavors, and I watch far too much television (mostly documentaries, culinary shows and a lot of web series).

​

I’m originally from Ajmer, Rajasthan, India and moved to New Delhi, India at the tender age of 17. After that, I have travelled to a few cities in India and I find solo travel appealing & exciting. What better way to explore local delicacies and meet new people?!

​

I am an easy going person, disciplined, punctual and organized (If you think I am Monica from F.R.I.E.N.D.S- Yes, I KNOWW) who sees a world full of opportunities. I adore people who talk about different perspectives, likes interpreting various art forms, who are optimistic, hard-working and have the zeal to make this society a better place to live.
